  FAQ

How do I pay for PFG classes?

We offer two convenient ways to pay for classes--the entire total up front or broken into three installments due the first of each month. We accept cash, check, or credit card. For even more convenience, use our online option through the iClassPro system. The app is available on iOS and Android.

What should my child wear for class?

We encourage the children to wear gymnastics apparel during class. This may be a leotard or a tight fitting T-shirt and shorts so the staff does not get hurt while spotting the athletes. Bare feet are best for classes because the loose foam pit has a tendency to eat socks.

What are your term dates?

We run on a 12 week session during the school year and a 10 week session during the summer months. This allows for the flexibility to do one or all sessions during the school year. During the winter months, we offer a punch card option for those families who travel and are concerned about the possibility of bad weather.

What happens when there is inclement weather?

We try our best to ensure that all families are safe during the cold winter months and hot summer months. During the summer, we run the air conditioner to provide for the comfort of the athletes.  During the winter, when the weather is hazardous, we will cancel classes if needed. We share this information on our Facebook page before our first classes of the evening. In these cases, we issue a weather make up card your child can use to attend the appropriate level class a second time during the week. The card is their ticket into the class. All we ask is you let us know before you come so we can have the correct number of coaches available.

Are your teachers qualified?

Yes. All of our coaches have been trained in class management and have been part of the an athletic background. Our staff has a love for children and teaching and this shows in the way they interact with the children. Many of our staff were competitive athletes or dancers and have a background with the understanding of how the body moves and works.

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

Yes. You may join classes at any point during a session. We prorate the remaining classes so you only pay for the classes you will be participating in.

Can parents watch? *limited due to Covid-19*

We encourage parents to watch their athletes during class. You are welcome to sit in the observation room that allows full view of the gym while classes are in session. We also have the added benefit of the adult fitness area which allows parents the opportunity to work out while their children are in class where you can see the gym and observe your child.

What is your ratio of children to coaches?

We try our best to cap classes at a 1:6 ratio. With one coach for 6 athletes, we feel your child will receive the best instruction possible for them to progress at the best possible rate.

How can I learn more about gymnastics?
