Birthday Parties
Come join us for your child's birthday! We offer a place for those energetic youngsters to run around and burn off that pent-up energy. We offer use of our birthday party room for cake and present opening. This allows you to focus on the fun of the birthday without having to worry about the mess. Bring in your own decorations and decorate the room to your liking.
Cost: $110 for an hour in the gym and half an hour in the party room
Includes 10 guests (additional $7 for each additional child)

Open Gym
We offer Open Gyms the second Friday of every month. Drop your child off and run errands or enjoy a night out without the kids. Coaches are provided for a safe environment with activities throughout the night including relay races and using the parachute. Parents are welcome to stay and play with their kids if they would like.
Open gym sessions run 5:00-6:30 and 6:45-8:15.
Cost: $5 for PFG members and $7 for general public
Lunch Bunch Mondays 11:30 - 1:00 (check our Facebook page for announcements)
This is an opportunity for parents to drop off their children to have lunch with the coach and open gym time to follow. Kids eat picnic style in the party room, then spend an hour in the gym running and playing.
Cost: $5 for PFG members and $7 for general public
Exhibition
This show (usually held in the spring) is a chance for all of our gymnasts {gymtots through competition} to show off the skills they have been learning through the school year. Split into multiple sessions to accommodate the crowds who join us, exhibition is a fun time for all involved.
