Gymnastics Training Facility

At Prairie Fire Gymnastics, our passionate staff looks forward to helping light a flame within our athletes that helps sustain a life-long love of gymnastics.

Whether recreational or competitive, each athlete learns the skills to help them succeed in and out of the gym.

Our recreational classes start with our youngest athletes at 18 months and grow with your children from there. From learning about basic body control all the way to landing fantastic flips on the floor, we have a class for your child's level and ability.

For those looking to compete while also keeping their weekly schedule open, the XCEL competition team gives you the best of both worlds. Athletes have the option of training 1, 2, or 3 nights a week.

This competitive level is for those athletes looking to step it up to the next level. These levels spend more time in the gym, and work toward more difficult skills. Athletes train three to four days a week.
